Meet local makers & check out MUM's "Sew Awesome" while creating cat toys & blankets for the kitties at Noah’s Ark Animal Shelter! The event is from 10am til 1pm- Come when you can and leave when you wish! We will be making simple crafts- Little-to-no sewing experience required. Learn basic sewing machine skills while making donations for adorable cats! Plus, each participant will get a "kitty goodie bag" for their efforts :) "Sew Awesome" is located in MUM's old Science wing- just west of MUM's library- in room 139. You may park in the Hildenbrand/Verrill lot & enter science wing through the south entrance- signs will be posted. Event is free & open to the public.
